Warranty

All Mengtor parts honors a Lifetime warranty. A return can be made at any time for a store credit based on the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower. We do not charge a restocking fee for your return.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Mengtor. Subject to conditions below.

Any package without an R.M.A. identification number or invoice will not be processed.

All returns must be in original packaging along with the warranty seal, otherwise warranty on the part will be considered void.

Usage by a third-party voids warranty.

Multiple return items in one package will be accepted if all items are attached to their corresponding R.M.A. invoice.

Unclaimed packages with no corresponding R.M.A. number and denied R.M.A. items will be discarded after three months of its receiving date.

Mengtor is not responsible for notifying the customer of packages containing extra items (items with no corresponding R.M.A invoice in the system).

Mengtor is not responsible for the shipping cost if you request any denied products to be shipped back to you.

Mengtor will provide free return shipping labels for Incentive Program Tier 2 customers. For more detail, please refer to our Incentive Program (https://www.mengtor.com/newsdetail.php?nid=75&cid=332)    

Mengtor only issue store credit for returned merchandise. No exchanges, replacements, or refund unless particular situation suggests otherwise. For example, customers no longer willing to purchase from us, or customers' accounts will remain unused for an extended period of time, etc.

Once we received and inspected the return items, please allow one business day for store credit to be applied on your Mengtor account. Customers are responsible for keeping track of any updates regarding their returns as this information can be found on your Mengtor account.

Claims

Physically damaged-on-arrival products:

Please contact customer service immediately after receiving any damaged and/or visibly harmed item. (Including suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening)

Once Mengtor is notified of incident, a case number will be assigned to your return. Please include case number in the reason for return section when submitting the R.M.A. invoice.

Internally defective items do not fall under this category.

Reporting for missing items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Customer Service within 3 business days upon delivery.

Disclaimer

Mengtor is not liable for damage due to technician mishandling or lost return items during transit. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. Mengtor is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.

Mengtor will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. Damages include, but are not limited to, prominent scratches and ripped flex cables. Mengtor’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.

All return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the case of insufficient postage at time of delivery to Mengtor’s returns facility, Mengtor reserves the right to refuse the package.
